In case of illness or injury, I authorize the OSE Barcelona International Basketball Camp staff to seek appropriate medical treatment for my child if I cannot be contacted immediately. I understand that reasonable efforts will be made to contact me before any medical intervention whenever possible. I accept responsibility for any medical expenses that may arise.

You agree that photographs and videos taken during activities may be used to share the camp experience with families and for future promotional materials. They will always be used with respect and care.

Payment conditions

  • Full payment must be made in advance to secure the place.
  • Places are limited; the reservation is only confirmed once payment has been completed.
  • You will receive confirmation within a maximum of 48 hours after payment.

Cancellation Policy

  • More than 90 days before the start date: 50% refund.
  • Within 90 days prior to the start date or in case of no-show: non-refundable.
  • The organization reserves the right to cancel or modify the program due to unforeseen circumstances (weather conditions, safety issues, insufficient registrations, force majeure).
  • In case of cancellation by the organization, the full amount will be refunded.
  • If a participant or parent/guardian is not satisfied, they must communicate this to the organization as soon as possible so it can be resolved during the stay.
  • Claims submitted after the camp has ended will not be eligible for a refund.
  • No refunds will be made based on personal preferences.
  • Participants are expected to maintain respectful conduct towards coaches, staff, peers and facilities.
  • The organization reserves the right to expel any participant for inappropriate behavior. In such cases, no refund will be made.

Additional Information

  • Reservations can be transferred to another participant up to 15 days before the start date at no cost.
  • Payment can be made by bank transfer or by card. You will find the information for both options below.

4. Participant Code of Conduct

All participants of the OSE Barcelona International Basketball Camp must:

  • Treat coaches, staff and other participants with respect.
  • Follow staff instructions at all times.
  • Respect the facilities, accommodation and equipment.
  • Avoid harassment, bullying or any discriminatory behavior.
  • Avoid physical or verbal aggression.
  • Not bring prohibited substances or dangerous objects.
  • Comply with closing hours and supervision rules.

Serious misbehavior may result in expulsion from the camp without refund.

Acknowledgment of Policies and Protection

By completing this registration, the parent/guardian, legal tutor or adult confirms that they have read, understood and accepted:

  1. The Payment and Cancellation Terms (mentioned above)
  2. The Child Protection and Adult Verification Policy
  3. The Incident, Damage, Loss and Theft Policy
  4. The Camp Code of Conduct (mentioned above)

The parent/guardian or adult participant acknowledges that:

  • The organization is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal items.
  • Parents/guardians may be financially responsible for intentional or negligent damage caused by the participant.
  • Serious behavior may result in expulsion without refund.
  • In case of a medical emergency, treatment may be authorized if necessary and parents cannot be contacted immediately.
